Q: What is Tee Commerce?

A: Tee Commerce makes it easy for you to sell merchandise online with no inventory risk or extra work. Your fully custom e-commerce store will be filled with dozens of different brands and products that you don’t have to carry on your shelves. When an order comes in, Tee Commerce fulfills the order and you get a check. 

Q: What brands are available on Tee Commerce?

A: Some notable brands include Turtleson, lululemon, Dunning, Donald Ross, Johnnie O, Straight Down, Levelwear, Southern Tide, Nike, Adidas, North Face, Imperial, and Carhartt. We also have drinkware, tee shirts, hoodies, other non-golf apparel, tote bags, and other accessories.

Q: Do I get to choose what brands to offer in my store?

A: Yes! You have full control over which brands and products you want to offer. 

Q: How much does Tee Commerce cost?

A: There's a monthly fee of $149/month. No setup fee. You get 25% of all the sales. Click here to learn more.

Q: How long does it take to get set up with Tee Commerce? What is the setup process? 

A: Tee Commerce just needs 3 things to get started: 

  1. Logo files
  2. The service agreement signed (e-signable)
  3. The first monthly fee paid with a credit card

Optional: You can provide images, graphics and other content you'd like for store design. Otherwise, Tee Commerce will design based on the club’s website.

Once Tee Commerce has those three things, a draft store will be ready for review in ~1 week. The store can go live as soon as it’s approved, while any changes can be made accordingly. 

Q: Is there any technology integration required?

A: No. The online shop is its own website link that plugs right into your existing website. Whoever manages the website can add it with just a few button clicks and will only take a couple of minutes. The store link can be included directly in emails, etc. 

Q: How do payouts work?

A: You'll be sent your product sales commissions on a monthly basis in one lump sum. You can receive payments via check or ACH.  

Q: How does shipping work?

A: We include shipping in the cost of the product/offer free shipping. When calculating your 25% of sales, we deduct flat rate shipping from your payout (1 product = $6, 2 products = $11, 3 products = $15, 4 products = $18). For example, if someone spends $300 on 3 products, we pay 25% of $285, which is $300 - $15.

Q: What is the return/exchange policy?

A: We offer 14 day free exchanges and returns for online shop credit. We like to emphasize that our customer service team is here to help answer any questions on sizing, material, etc. to help best steer the customer in the right direction.

Q: What is your turnaround time?

A: We typically ship products out in 5-7 business days.

Q: How does I choose which brands and/or products to carry?

A: You'll be able to control this via our back end portal. 

Q: Can member billing and shop credit be accepted in the online store?

A: Yes!  Clubs just need to provide a list of their member numbers to us and we can add it as a payment option.

Q: Can my store be password protected?

A: Yes it can!

Q: Can I do tournament portals in my online store?

A: Yes! Many clubs do this and it’s included with the service. Often times, clubs will give tournament participants a gift card allowance to spend in the online shop. And then players can spend more with a credit card if they’d like to. 

Q: How many logo options can I offer?

A: You can offer up to 4 embroidery logo options - color coordinated or print. You can offer up to 4 logo options for printed products like tees, hoodies, etc. 

Q: Does Tee Commerce help with marketing?

A: Yes! We’ll send you a package for a recommended launch (add to website, email, etc.), while we’ll also frequently share graphics and promotions for your membership. OR we can do the marketing for you, which is included with our service where we can send weekly email updates about what’s new in the online shop from your online shop email address.
