At Fredericksburg Country Club, it ended up reaching a completely different buyer: members who don’t visit the shop, spouses and families, members shopping outside normal hours.
The result: incremental revenue, not cannibalization. Meanwhile, data from the online store has also helped inform the team's in-shop buying.
