At NCR Country Club, it ended up reaching a completely different buyer: members who don’t visit the shop, spouses and families, members shopping outside normal hours

The result: incremental revenue, not cannibalization.

On top of that, NCR is now using their shop for: corporate orders (no minimums), youth teams and events, new member onboarding

No inventory. No added staff work.
